Home Inspection & Appraisal — Covered by Us

Our company will arrange and cover the full cost of a home inspection to determine whether your property may qualify for our Clean Energy Program. You will not be charged for this inspection at any time now.

No Guarantee of Qualification

This form does not confirm or guarantee your home has qualified for the Clean Program. The inspection is an assessment step only. If your home qualifies, a representative will contact you with next steps then.

Authorization to Check Qualifications

By signing below, you authorize us to verify your eligibility for our Clean Energy Program. You agree to provide two valid gov.-issued photo IDs (e.g., driver's license, passport). Clear photos of both IDs are required.
