1. Services Provided
Solar Future CA provides solar panel system design, installation, maintenance, and consultation services for residential, commercial, and agricultural clients in California. All services are subject to site assessment, feasibility, and agreement specifications.
2. Quotes & Agreements

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

A signed service agreement and deposit may be required to commence work.

The final contract will outline system specifications, costs, timeline, warranties, and responsibilities.
3. Payment Terms

A deposit may be required upon signing the agreement.

Progress payments may be scheduled at project milestones.

Final payment is due upon completion and system commissioning.

Late payments may incur interest or delay project completion.
4. Permits & Approvals
Solar Future CA will handle necessary permits and utility interconnection applications. However, final approval depends on local authorities and utility companies. Delays caused by permitting or utility processes are outside our control and may affect project timelines.
5. Installation & Access

The client agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to the installation site.

The client is responsible for ensuring roof or property structure is in good condition prior to installation.

Additional structural repairs, if needed, may incur extra costs.
6. Warranties

Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product.

Solar Future CA provides a workmanship warranty as specified in your agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs.
7. Liability
Solar Future CA is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Delays due to weather, permitting, or factors beyond our control.

Pre-existing structural or electrical issues discovered during installation.
8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation after signed agreement may result in forfeiture of deposit.

Cancellation fees may apply based on work completed and costs incurred.
9. Incentives & Tax Credits
Solar Future CA may provide information regarding rebates, tax credits, or incentives, but we do not guarantee eligibility. Clients are responsible for applying and qualifying for such programs.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
